Laparoscopy
Laparoscopy is a procedure done through a very small incision (keyhole surgery), under local or general anesthesia, for the evaluation and/or treatment of certain abdominal conditions (chronic colic and peritonitis), certain surgical procedures (cryptorchidectomy and ovariectomy;removal of bladder stones). As with arthroscopy, the small incision permits a more rapid recovery than conventional surgery.

Nuclear Scintigraphy
Commonly known as "bone scanning", nuclear scintigraphy is an imaging technique allowing changes in metabolic activity of soft tissue or bone to be visualized. It is one of the most commonly performed nuclear medicine procedures and especially useful in detecting bone inflammation when a lameness is difficult to diagnose.
