“We thought everyone at SLREH was very professional and welcoming. Tasha in the front office was fantastic in getting us in to see the doctors. She was extremely helpful and kept us calm while we were waiting for the diagnosis – not as easy task when you have a sick horse! Dr. Potenza is fabulous. She has a very confident aura about her and I just knew when we met her that she would figure this out. I knew we were in the right place and that she would leave no stone unturned. I was extremely impressed that there were at least three doctors and a handful of interns studying Wyatt. They discussed his condition with each other and put me at ease to see a lot of eyes and minds working on him. We felt the exam was thorough and the diagnosis well thought out and more importantly we didn’t feel like anyone was rushing to get on to the next patient – everyone took their time. The hospital was quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Our experience was great and we we’re just so relieved at the outcome.“
